| 2. ACCOUNTANT (ACT01) |

Will be responsible for internal accounting
and book-keeping and will assist in the internal audit process.

Qualifications
More than 3 years experience. Must be an expert with
Tally and/or other accounting packages. Familiarity
with accounting for software development companies, especially
under STP/EOU. US GAAP familiarity an advantage. Degree(s)
in accounting.

| 3. MARKETING MANAGERS (MKM01)
|
| |
|
Will be responsible for leading marketing activities
for the company. Will have one Business Development
Manager reporting to him/her.

Qualifications
More than 3 years experience in marketing and sales activities
for a software development and technology consulting company.
Experience with the offshore model and international clients
a must. An MBA in marketing with a technical background.
Familiarity with contact management tools, project management,
proposal development, excellent oral and written English communication
skills, and e-marketing and direct marketing tools.

| 4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
(MKB01) |
| |
|
Will work with the VP Marketing on marketing
and sales activities. Must be very good with e-marketing
tools, strong analytical ability, contact management tools,
project management, excellent oral and written English communication
skills, and strong research abilities.

Qualifications
An MBA preferred; also should have more than 2 years experience
in e-marketing/email-based marketing and direct marketing
with international clients.

| 5. PROJECT LEADERS (PRL01) |
| |
|
Will be responsible for leading projects from
start to successful completion. Will have complete responsibility
on projects including project estimation, design, management,
quality assurance, and deployment. Familiarity with
project management and design tools a must. Must possess excellent
oral and written English skills and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
More than 3 years experience working on international projects
preferably for international clients. Degree(s) in computer
science and engineering with an MBA (preferred).

| 6. APPLICATION DEVELOPERS (APD01)
|
| |
|
Demonstrated proficiency in internet applications
and services across a variety of technologies and platforms.

Qualifications
More than 3 years experience at a software development and
technology consulting company as a software engineer.
Degree(s) in computer science and engineering a must. Additional
certifications in particular technologies and quality assurance
an advantage.

| 7. QA MANAGERS (QAM01) |
| |
|
Will lead QA activities in the company. Must
be familiar with implementing QA processes within the SDLC
with respect to standards like the ISO/SEI CMM.

Qualifications
More than 3 years experience in QA at a software development
and technology consulting company. Degree(s) in computer science
and engineering with an MBA and some quality certification.

| 8. QA TEST ENGINEERS (QAE01)
|
| |
|
Will assist the QA Manager and the PL on defining
and implementing the QA requirements on each project. The
candidate must be familiar with implementing QA processes
within the SDLC on projects.

Qualifications
More than 3 years experience in QA at a software development
and technology consulting company. Degree(s) in computer science
and engineering. Must be excellent at QA testing tools.

| 9. MEDIA MANAGER (MEM01) |
| |
|
Will be responsible for leading the media development
group at the company. Will posses deep knowledge in
multimedia tools, client requirements, and project management.
Must be excellent at state-of-the-art multimedia tools for
audio, video, and animations (2D, 3D), excellent with oral
and written English skills, and client interaction skills.

Qualifications
More than 5 years experience in a similar position at a media
production/ development company. Degree(s) in computer science
and engineering or Graphic Arts with an MBA.

| 10. MEDIA DEVELOPER (MED01) |
| |
|
Will work on multimedia projects including
graphics design, animation development, scripting, and integration
with backend technologies. Must be familiar with several
multimedia tools for audio, video, animation, and data control
and must have demonstrated capabilities on multiple international
client projects. Experience with international clients
a must.

Qualifications
More than 3 years experience in a similar position at a media
production/development company. Degree(s) in Graphic
Arts or Computer Science and engineering. He/she should have
some scripting/programming experience in media scripting languages.
